Man wounded, Takanini

Police are investigating after three men presented at the Takanini A, one of whom had received a gunshot wound.
Police were alerted by medical staff due to the nature of the man's injuries.
The injured man (aged 18) has since been transferred to hospital where he will undergo surgery.
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Two men are assisting Police with enquiries.
Enquiries have shown that the car the group arrived in is stolen. No further information will be available tonight.
