Serious crash:SH4 near Takiri Road, Aria

Waikato Police would like to advise of major delays on SH4 this afternoon.
There has been a serious truck crash near Takiri Road, Aria.
SH 4 is completely closed at this time.
The diversions are via Kopaki Road at the northern end and via Waimihia Road at southern end. Both of these roads lead
to SH 30.
Heavy vehicles can use this diversion but care is needed and patience from all motorists would be appreciated.
It is anticipated that these diversions will be in place for a number of hours yet.
