Police investigating discovery of body on Hutt riverbank
Lower Hutt Police are conducting a scene examination following the discovery of a body on the Hutt riverbank this morning.
Detective Senior Sergeant Dave Thornton of Lower Hutt Police said a member of the public reported finding the body, believed to be a male in his teens, about 7.55am today, near the riverside car park.
A team of Police were conducting a scene examination and had cordoned off the area, he said.
