Hit-and-Run Crash.
Glenfield Road has been closed between Coronation Road and Roberts Road as police process the scene of a hit-and-run crash that has left a male pedestrian with serious injuries.
Police, acting on information supplied by witnesses, are following leads to locate the vehicle and driver involved.
Contractors are setting up the closures and an attenuator is en route to warn vehicles approaching the scene from the Glenfield Mall. Motorists are advised to avoid the area for the rest of the evening.
Waitemata Serious Crash staff will be handling the investigation.
