Further arrests for double fatality on Christmas Day
Tauranga Police investigating the double fatality at Welcome Bay on Christmas Day have made two further arrests.
Detective Sergeant Peter BLACKWELL stated that a 17-year-old male and a 36-year-od female from Tauranga have both been charged with two counts of manslaughter.
Both will appear in the Tauranga District Court on Saturday, 31st December 2011.
Police will make no further comment as the matter is before the Courts
