August launch for inner city retirement village
Vision Senior Living advises that registration of its new retirement village to be built at Carlaw Park in Auckland, is expected this month.
Architects Warren and Mahoney are also completing the design drawings.
Peter Bourke, CEO of Vision Senior Living, said a launch function is scheduled for late August to unveil the design.
The first stage of the $120 million development, containing 58 apartments, will be completed around Christmas/New Year 2009/10.
When completed, it will be the most centrally located downtown retirement village in New Zealand with a population of about 300 people.
