16yr old youth charged with murder.
Press Release Counties-Manukau Police have arrested a 16 year old Manurewa youth and charged him with Murder. The arrest
follows an enquiry into the attempted robbery of the Finlayson Superette in Finlayson Avenue, Manurewa in which a 22
year old shop assistant was fatally stabbed. The arrested youth will appear in the Manukau Youth Court on Saturday 26th
January. A team of Police will continue working on the enquiry over the weekend.
