The comments against North Harbour Stadium are my own based on publicly available information at www.stadium.co.nz -
together with my estimate of some additional costs and general knowledge of the current debate and history of that
Stadium as a former North Shore City councillor.
On this comparison North Harbour Stadium wins hands down - so the final decision will be based on issues not covered in
the criteria such as CBD rejuvenation and Auckland City 'economic transformation'.
