Murder Arrest In Upper Hutt Inquiry

A 22-year-old man will appear in the Upper Hutt District Court at 10am today charged with the murder of Stephen Hailwood.
Detective Sergeant Murray Porter, Upper Hutt CIB, said the arrest was made late last night following inquiries into an altercation outside The Coach Bar, part of the Cobb and Co complex, in Upper Hutt on Saturday night.
Mr Hailwood, 49, died in Hutt Hospital on Sunday morning.
