Manukau Stab Victim Dies Man Arrested On Murder Charges
Counties/Manuaku Police investigating the stabbing of a 32 year old man at Burger King Papatoetoe on Tuesday 28 June, have arrested and charged a 21 yr old male courier driver from Manurewa with murder.
The victim died at Middlemore Hospital just after 9 pm Thursday night.
Enquiries are continuing to locate further persons involved in the incident.
The police have also located a knife believed to have been used during the attack on the victim.
The arrested man will be appearing in the Manukau District court Friday morning.
Police would still like to hear from anyone who witnessed the altercation between a group of men on Tuesday 28 June, in the carpark of Burger King. This location is at the corner of Great South & Puhinui Roads, Manukau.
