Council proposes Armagh St land sale
Public comment is being invited on a Council proposal to remove the reserve status on an Armagh St property so that it can be sold.
The Council had intended to create a reserve at 322 Armagh St but the land is no longer thought suitable for this purpose.
Funds from the sale of the property would be used to buy alternative land in the same neighbourhood to create a local park. This is in line with the Latimer Neighbourhood Improvement Plan.
Submissions in support or objection to the revocation of the reserve status of the land should be made in writing to the following address, no later than Monday 11 July.
