Upper Hutt's Night with the Stars
On Thursday night at Expressions well known astronomer Richard Hall who built the replica Stonehenge in the Wairarapa is part of an authors evening. It is timely as a new planet has just been discovered by a team including another New Zealand astronomer.
Mr Hall's book "How to enjoy stargazing" introduces the lay person into the wonders of the night sky. Also featured will be John Saker with his wine book and Nick Bollinger and his book on how to enjoy pop music. "Pop, look and listen" starts at 7pm. Tickets cost only $10.00 including 2 wine tastings. Telephone 527-2168 for tickets.
