Frank Clarke's Funeral And Memorial Meeting

Frank Clarke died last Saturday in North Shore Hospital, aged 78.
Frank will be missed greatly by those who knew and worked alongside him. Our deepest sypathy goes to Frank's wife Thelma, and family members.
Frank was president of the Fair Deal Coalition, Poverty Action Coalition (West Auckland) and vice chair of Citizens Against Privatisation (sister group to the Water Pressure Group). Frank Clarke has also been active in many other community groups and arenas of struggle for rights and justice for disadvantaged and working people.
REQUIEM MASS A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the Church of the Holy Family, 94 Taikata Road Te Atatu Peninsula on Thursday 9 November at 11am, the funeral then leaving for the Waikumete Cemetery.
MEMORIAL MEETING Citizens Against Privatisation is organising a meeting to remember Frank's trades union and political work and contributions. This will be held the Te Atatu Tavern (meeting room) on Saturday 11 November from 2pm to 4pm.
