Gisborne to Wairarapa, also for Wellington: Showers easing north of Mahia, elsewhere cloudy periods with the odd shower
at times. Tomorrow, remaining showers clearing and becoming fine.
Nelson and the South Island west coast: Fine apart from cloudy periods about Nelson and Buller today.
Marlborough and Canterbury: A few light coastal showers otherwise long fine spells today. Fine tomorrow apart from
morning fog patches and a few light frosts.
Otago and Southland: Becoming fine today. Fine tomorrow after a frosty start.
