Weather Workshop: All district forecast for NZ

Now the All Districts forecast from Weather Workshop:

The Situation: A ridge of high pressure covers the country. A
front over the south Tasman Sea should move on to the lower
South Island this evening while a low to the northwest of New
Zealand drifts slowly towards the upper North Island.

NORTHLAND: Mainly fine at first but cloud increasing during
the day with rain developing from this evening. Northeasterly
breezes strengthening tonight.

AUCKLAND, COROMANDEL PENINSULA, BAY OF PLENTY, ROTORUA WAIKATO,
WAITOMO, TAUMARANUI, TARANAKI, TAUPO, WANGANUI, MANAWATU,
TAIHAPE, WELLINGTON, GISBORNE, HAWKES BAY and WAIRARAPA:
Fine weather but high cloud increasing from Taupo northward
this afternoon. Light winds.

NELSON and MARLBOROUGH: Fine weather with light winds.

BULLER, WESTLAND and FIORDLAND: Becoming cloudy during the
day with showers developing about Fiordland this afternoon
and spreading further north for a time tonight. Southerly
winds developing in the south later.

CANTERBURY: Fine and frosty with morning fog patches and
light winds however showers and cold southerly winds spread
in to south Canterbury tonight.

OTAGO and SOUTHLAND: Cloud increasing this morning with
a change spreading north this evening to cold southerly
winds with showers and snow lowering about the ranges.

CHATHAM ISLANDS: Cloudy with a few showers at times.
Southwesterly winds easing and tending northwest.

THE OUTLOOK FOR TOMORROW: Rain or showers over much of the
country but becoming fine in the west of the South Island.
At the Chatham Islands, showers and cold southwesterly winds.
