The Waitakere Indian Association (WIA) unequivocally condemns the terrorist attack on the Christian brothers and
sisters, celebrating the Easter services across Sri Lanka.
As the authorities continue to deal with what is an unprecedented and abhorrent event after years of turmoil in the
country, Waitakere Indian Association stands and extends our sincere condolence to the Christian community. Our
compassionate thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims and those who have been traumatized by this
cowardly act of terror.
Waitakere Indian Association stands with our Sri Lankan community in New Zealand during this tragic time. No act of
terrorism will divide us.
