Ferguson Protests Continue on “Black Friday” Across the U.S.
Black Lives, Latino Lives, ALL
Lives Matter!
Demand Justice for Michael Brown!
IN SAN FRANCISCO:
Friday November 28, 5:00 pm
onward
Union Square, San Francisco
Across the U.S. and now also in other countries, people demanding justice for Michael Brown, and hundreds of others killed by police every year, have poured into the streets to protest the outrageous exoneration of Darren Wilson’s actions.
On “Black Friday” protesters will gather at San Francisco’s Union Square to speak out demanding Justice for Michael Brown, about the national epidemic of police murders Brown’s death exemplifies, and to continue to stand with the people in Ferguson and all over the country who are refusing to accept the whitewash engineered around the grand jury decision that has let Darren Wilson commit murder and go free.
“Black Friday” is not only the busiest shopping day of the year, it is coincidentally the date of Macy’s annual Great Tree Lighting (set for 6 PM), guaranteeing a huge Stand-With-Ferguson-Protesters audience.
This action is called by members of World Can’t Wait, Occupy Action Council SF, and Code Pink.
