Hamas official: we will continue hitting Israel until last Zionist leaves Palestine

In another harsh statement, Hamas senior spokesman in Gaza, Munir al-Masri, said that "Hamas will continue hitting Israel until last Zionist leaves the whole of Palestine, from the sea to the river". Al-Masri responded to a report in Israeli media regarding an alleged Hamas roadmap to a lull ("Tahdiya") agreement for ten years between Hamas and Israel. He claimed that "these details published by the Israeli media are Zionist dreams, as if the Israelis would be allowed to live in peace and security for ten years". He also argued that "every lull (with Israel) is limited in time. We do not want to talk about a peace agreement, we are talking about a lull meant to prepare our "armed resistance" and capabilities, stockpile weapons and plan surprises for the next hostilities."
