Journalists must be positive towards reconciliation: Palestinian official
Gaza, ALRAY - The Palestinian government in Gaza called on journalists to create a good atmosphere for the completion of
the reconciliation.
Media Adviser to the Palestinian prime minister Taher al-Nunu said in a statement on his official Facebook page
yesterday, "Media practitioners and journalist must play an active role in achieving the national reconciliation.”
He added the agreement signed between the delegations of reconciliation is an important step by all standards since it
paves the way towards a new phase in the national relations, hoping that it could be achieved successfully.
He emphasized the important role of media practitioners who have strong effect on decision making policy, wishing all
spokespersons of any political party to contribute in creating the positive atmosphere that will lead to the completion
of reconciliation.
