"The failure to secure a breakthrough at the Geneva talks means the children of Syria have once again been let down",

Ms Hayden continued: The disaster that continues to unfold across Syria is unacceptable with thousands of families in
desperate need of aid.
As the Geneva process stalls all eyes must now turn to New York and to the United Nations Security Council, which must
live up to its responsibilities and immediately pass a resolution to allow full and unfettered access to aid inside
Syria.
Aid must be allowed to cross conflict lines, enter besieged areas during humanitarian pauses, and cross borders where
this is the most efficient route.Syria’s children cannot wait any longer.”
