A Palestinian patient was captured by Israeli Occupation forces at the Beit Hanoun Border Crossing with Israel. Yusuf Abo Aljidian, 27, who suffers from eye problems, was travelling with his mother via Erez Border Crossing to the West Bank to receive treatment after obtaining medical permission from the Ministry of Health.
Israeli troops arrested him and took him to an unknown destination.
Yusuf's elderly mother and family urge concerned parties and the International Committee of the Red Cross to intervene for Yusuf's immediate release, for fear of deterioration of his medical situation.
