An International Medical-Pharmaceutical Cluster Will Be Considered At I Baltic-Black Sea Economic Forum
As part of the I Baltic-Black Sea Economic Forum to be held on 14 and 15 of June 2013 in Lazurne town of Skadovsk
district, Kherson region will be discussed the project to create an international medical-pharmaceutical cluster, as
well as the development of international health insurance.
One of the important issues to be addressed during the Forum is an international medicine (assistance) - a special type
of service for tourists in order to assist them in place of insurance as part of the contract (health, medical,
technical, legal etc.).
A Competition for Participation in the "Plein Air to the touch" Was Announced In Kherson
In order to revive interest in preserved heritage, Kherson social workers are teamed with Bilozerka museum in the
project "Culture to the touch." This initiative is being conducted by the Kherson Regional Branch of the Sociological
Association of Ukraine together with Bilozerka District Museum and Foundation named after Polina Raiko.
The specific feature of the presentation of the exhibition "Culture to the touch" will be an opportunity not just to see
the exhibits but to touch them, see them through the organs of sense. The opening will take place on May 28 in the
District Bilozerka Museum.
The next stage of the project will be a workshop "Plein Air to the touch" for young artists, graphic artists, directors.
Organizers have announced a competition for participation in the workshop.
Results of the International Rally "Chumatskiy Shlyah" - the First Stage of the Open Ukrainian Rally Championship in
2013
Crew «Valeriy Horban - Volodymyr Corsya" was the best in international rally "Chumatskiy Shlyah 2013," which took place
on May 18-19 in Kherson and Kherson region. The second was the crew of Oleksandr Saliuk and Evhen Chervonenko, the third
- the crew of Vitaliy Pushkar and Ivan Mishyn.
This year at the start of the International rally "Chumatskiy Shlyah" was the record-breaking for gravel stage of the
Ukrainian Rally Championship number of crews - 57. Crews represented Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
The Region Provides Suitable Conditions for the Preservation and Restoration of the Identity of National Minorities
According to the Ukrainian population Census, Kherson region is inhabited by 115 ethnic groups and nationalities, while
Ukraine numbers only 130.
How informs the Department of justice in Kherson region, in the region are registered 45 non-governmental organizations
of national minorities. The experience of the functioning of societies suggests that these associations have the
potential to preserve their ethnic identity, the revitalization efforts for integration into Ukrainian society.
In addition, despite the multi-ethnic diversity, the work on prevention of xenophobia and racial and ethnic
discrimination is being carried out.
Guests of Tourism Forum Personally Saw the Unique Nature of Kherson Region
Tourism should be a new start for the development of the region, because Kherson region has unique natural and climatic
conditions.
The participants of the III International Tourism Forum "Kherson - rest, treatment, travels in environmental conditions
of Tavria" made sure of it, for them, in order to promote the tourism potential of Kherson region, within the framework
of the Forum were held advertising and information press tours: "Journey to the land of the sea, the sun and the
children's smiles," for the media of the CIS countries and regions of Ukraine - "Kherson - tourist pearl of Ukraine,"
for the VIP guests of the Forum - "Kherson - the cradle of children's rehabilitation, recreation and tourism," for
guests of regions of Ukraine - "Environmental and educational tourism of Kherson region."
