China Gives A Usd 400,000 Programme For Least Developed Countries
China announced on 14 July 2011 that it is contributing USD 400,000 to set up a programme to help least-developed countries (LDCs) participate more effectively in the World Trade Organization while assisting those not yet members to negotiate membership.

APPELLATE BODY ISSUES REPORT ON CHINA-EC FASTENER DISPUTE

ITEMS PROPOSED FOR CONSIDERATION AT THE NEXT MEETING OF DISPUTE SETTLEMENT BODY
The WTO Secretariat has circulated a meeting notice and list of items proposed for the next meeting, on 20 July 2011, of the Dispute Settlement Body, which consists of all WTO members and oversees legal disputes among them. The meeting notice is circulated in the form of a document officially called an “airgram”.
