Americans Report Lower Quality of Life

Flemington, NJ, October 28, 2009 – Results from a new media study among 225 Americans revealed that more than one-third of respondents (35%) reported that their quality of life is worse now when compared to this time last year.

The study was conducted by HCD Research using its MediaCurves.com® website on October 26 to obtain viewers’ perceptions of their quality of life this year compared to last year at this time. To view detailed results go to: http://http://www.mediacurves.com.

Among those respondents who reported that their quality of life was worse this year, an overwhelming majority (90%) attributed it to the economic recession, while 46% cited job loss and 42% reported medical hardships.
