President Bush to Welcome Umaru Yar'Adua, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
President Bush will welcome Umaru Yar'Adua, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to the White House on December 13, 2007. This visit will provide an opportunity for the President to be briefed by President Yar'Adua on his experiences during his first six months in office.
The two leaders will discuss electoral reform and related issues, energy, and the situation in the Niger Delta. They will also discuss the ongoing crises in Somalia and Darfur.
