Football Training Camp At Army Recruit Centre

North Melbourne Football Club Training Camp At The Army Recruit Training Centre

* What: The Army Recruit Training Centre (ARTC) are hosting the North Melbourne Football Club (NMFC) with a three day camp from Monday, 3 December to Wednesday, 5 December 2007.

Media are invited to view the last activity with the NMFC players taking part in a modified Bayonet Assault Course activity.

* Where: ARTC, Blamey Barracks Kapooka, NSW. ARTC is located approximately 15km outside of Wagga Wagga, just off the Olympic Way Highway.

* When: Wednesday, 5 December 2007.

* Time: 08.00am. Media are to meet Captain Derren Millar at ARTC's front gate no later than 07.15am with photo identification.

Appropriate outdoor attire will be required for those attending the activity.

Background: Army has established an affiliation with the NMFC through the links with the Army Australian Football Association. ARTC is organising and conducting an activity designed to develop leadership and instil the Army's core values of leadership, courage and initiative with the NMFC players.
