Remarks at Departure From South Korea

QUESTION: (Inaudible)

ASSISTANT SECRETARY HILL: No, I haven't yet. No, I have not heard anything from them. I saw them off yesterday at the hotel. I think they were due in in the middle of the afternoon. We are finding it very difficult to make phone calls.

QUESTION: What is the arrangement? Do they use a cell phone or something?

ASSISTANT SECRETARY HILL: No. Actually, so far they have been using the land lines from the hotel. But I think we are going to have to do something about that. We had some discussions about it to see if we can improve the communications a little.

QUESTION: The plan is for them to set off to Yongbyon?

ASSISTANT SECRETARY HILL: I think today some of them will go to Yongbyon. They have a lot of equipment they are bringing in; so they have to get their equipment assembled. So I think it will be in the next day or two, let me put it that way. So it's moving. It's moving.

QUESTION: Hope you have a good trip.

ASSISTANT SECRETARY HILL: All right. Okay. See you later.
