SpinWatch has followed up its request to the Serjeant at Arms to investigate whether Ken Clarke has abused the privileges of the House of Commons, with a subsequent inquiry to the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner.
Further to the documents released yesterday, SpinWatch has also uncovered another tobacco industry document, that suggests that Ken Clarke received hospitality on behalf of BAT / Honda at the German Grand Prix in 2000.
