After three years of hard work and hundreds of men who were sent to prison, this nomination is an important achievement
for CTR, a milestone in our struggle and a decoration for all those who took part in it.
In the year 2005 Israel plans to "disengage" from Gaza. As public opinion turns towards a withdrawal from the
territories as the key to the solution of the conflict, CTR will play an important role in making sure that Gaza is just
the beginning, and that Israel evacuates the settlements in the west bank as well. Our commitment to end the occupation
is stronger than ever.
In the past year we've expanded our movement and improved the way it operates. Donations made by our supporters have
helped us build a strong, solid organization. CTR now has an office in Tel Aviv, manned by a professional staff. A
network based on advanced technology and hardworking volunteers enables us to contact our thousands of supporters at
minutes notice, and react immediately to current events. A lively website keeps our public up to date with the latest
activities.
