Amnesty International's delegation has begun its second Fact-Finding mission to Israel and the Occupied Territories.
Claudio Cordonne from the International Secretariat of Amnesty International will be available for media interviews on
the delegation's work in the region, investigating human rights concerns and violations.
Amnesty International reiterates its call for a United Nations' investigation and that all those responsible for human
rights abuses should be brought to Justice.
"In policing the recent demonstrations, the Israeli security forces tended to use military methods rather than policing
methods involving the protection of human lives," Amnesty International said in its recent report "Excessive use of
Force" issued on 19 October 2000.
The delegation also includes Joanna Oyediran, a researcher from Amnesty International.
