FIJI CONSTITUTION REVOCATION DECREE 2600
INTERIM MILITARY GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 1
In exercise of the powers vested in me as Commander and Head of the Interim Military Government of Fiji, I hereby make the following Decree:
1. This Decree may be cited as the Fiji Constitution Amendment Act 1997 Revocation Decree 2000.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of any laws existing, before 29th May 2000 and to the provisions of any Decrees which may be promulgated from time to time, the Fiji Constitution Amendment Act 1997 is with effect from 29th day of May 2000, wholly removed.
3. In exercise of the powers vested in me as Commander of Fiji I also hereby decree that all Decrees promulgated under my hand and seal shall be regarded as law and shall be observed and enforced.

FIJI EXISTING LAW DECREE 2000
INTERIM MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF FIJI DECREE No. 2
In exercise of the powers vested in me as Commander and Head of the Interim Military Government of Fiji, I hereby make the following Decree:
This Decree may be cited as the Existing Laws Decree 2000.
2. (a) Subject to the provisions of this Decree or any other Decree made in accordance with the powers vested in me as Commander and Head of the Interim Military Government of Fiji the Existing Laws in force immediately before the 29th day of May 2093 shall continue in force and shall be read with such modifications, adaptations, qualifications and exceptions as may be necessary in view of the Fiji Constitution Amendment Act 1997 Revocation Decree 2000.
(b) 'Existing Laws' means all laws in force in Fiji immediately before the 29th day of May 2000.
