Embassy delivered to the Palauan Foreign Ministry the non-papers
on Treasury targeting the Islamic Revolutionary Guards (IRGC)
and concern about the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (
IRISL), as instructed reftels. The Minister of State took on
board the additional sanctions against the IRGC and said that
she would advise appropriate offices of the concern about the
IRISL.
