1. Jake Aller is the U.S. Embassy Bridgetown point of contact for
telecommunications issues through July 2010. Mr. Aller may be
contacted via email at AllerJC2@state.gov or by telephone at (246)
227-4274. U.S. Embassy Bridgetown covers Antigua and Barbuda,
Barbados, Dominica, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent
and the Grenadines, and is also accredited to Grenada, which has a
one officer mission.
2. Mr. Aller's replacement - Mr. Gregory Floyd - arrives at Post in
August 2010 and will be the new U.S. Embassy Bridgetown point of
contact for telecommunications issues. Mr. Aller's replacement may
be reached via email at Floydga@state.gov or by telephone at (246)
227-4274 after September 1, 2010.
3. Each of our country-specific officers also cover
telecommunications issues for their respective countries. They
should be cc'd on country specific inquiries.
The current lineup of country-specific officers are as follows:
Antigua and St. Kitts/Nevis - Rick Switzer - e-mail:

estimated date of departure is August 2011.
Barbados and St. Vincent - Jamal Al-Mussawi - departs post August
2010. Mr. Al-Mussawi can be contacted at (246) 227-4237 or by

- can be reached by e-mail at couchwe@state.gov. Mr. Couch rotates
into the section in September 2010.
Dominica and St. Lucia - D.R. Seckinger, departs post in November

Hillyer - can be reached by e-mail at hillyeras@state.gov. Ms.
Hillyer arrives in the Fall, actual arrival date to be confirmed.
