1. Reftel described the schedule of fees waived and fees paid
by U.S. military aircraft using the civilian airport in
Seychelles. Reftel also sought L confirmation that our
policy is the correct application of SOFA article 6 in order
to ensure that our interpretation of the fees to be paid is
consistent with that of U.S. SOFAs worldwide.

2. Embassy has received no response to reftel. Embassy
assumes the non-response to be approval of our policy and
will proceed accordingly.
