1. (S/NF) Based on information received from GRPO, Post
nominates the following individuals for inclusion in the Visas
Viper program. All of them are known associates of Hiva Alizadeh,
a Canadian citizen born in Iran who is strongly suspected of being
an Islamic extremist who is plotting terrorist attacks in Canada.
All of these individuals are believed to reside in Canada unless
otherwise noted.

a. XXXXXXXXXXXX (DOB XXXXXXXXXXXX), a
Canadian citizen born in Iraq. He has a direct "00" hit in the
CLASS system. He has no record in the CCD of any visa activity.

b. XXXXXXXXXXXX (DOB XXXXXXXXXXXX), a Canadian citizen born in Canada. She has a direct "00" hit in the CLASS system. She has no record in the CCD of any
visa activity.

c. XXXXXXXXXXXX (DOB XXXXXXXXXXXX), an Iranian
citizen born in XXXXXXXXXXXX, Iran who is not believed to be living in
Canada. He has a close, but not exact, "00" hit in the CLASS
system. He has no record in the CCD of any visa activity.

d. XXXXXXXXXXXX (DOB XXXXXXXXXXXX), an
Iranian citizen born in XXXXXXXXXXXX, Iran who is not believed to be
living in Canada. He has a close, but not exact, "00" hit in the
CLASS system. He has no record in the CCD of any visa activity.

e. XXXXXXXXXXXX (DOB XXXXXXXXXXXX) , an
Indian citizen born in India with an Indian passport number
numbered XXXXXXXXXXXX. He has a direct "00" hit in the CLASS system.
A CCD check revealed that he received a B1/B2 visa issued in
Toronto on XXXXXXXXXXXX 2004 which expired on XXXXXXXXXXXX 2007.

f. XXXXXXXXXXXX (DOB XXXXXXXXXXXX), a Pakistani citizen
born in Pakistan with a Pakistani
passport numbered XXXXXXXXXXXX which expires on XXXXXXXXXXXX 2013. He
has a direct "00" hit in the CLASS system. A CCD checked revealed
that he received a B1/B2 visa in Toronto on XXXXXXXXXXXX 2009, but
that the visa was revoked on XXXXXXXXXXXX 2010. Previously, Calgary
issued him a B1/B2 visa on XXXXXXXXXXXX 2007 which expired on XXXXXXXXXXXX 2008. Islamabad refused him a visa on XXXXXXXXXXXX.

g. XXXXXXXXXXXX (DOB XXXXXXXXXXXX), a Bangladeshi citizen born in Bangladesh with a
Bangladeshi passport numbered XXXXXXXXXXXX. He has a direct "00" hit
in the CLASS system. He has no record in the CCD of any visa
activity. Nevertheless, he apparently crossed the border into the
U.S. on XXXXXXXXXXXX 2010.

h. XXXXXXXXXXXX (DOB XXXXXXXXXXXX), of unknown citizenship and place of birth. He has a
close, but not exact, "00" hit in the CLASS system. He has no
record in the CCD of any visa activity.

i. XXXXXXXXXXXX (DOB XXXXXXXXXXXX), who is believed to be a Canadian citizen. She has no "00" hits in the CLASS system. She has no record in the CCD of any
visa activity.
