1. Pursuant to the Leahy and Foreign Assistance Acts, post
requests assistance in screening the following Ugandan national who
has been selected for US-sponsored training. This candidate will
participate in the Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat Training from March 8
to April 30 in Entebbe, Uganda. Post has reviewed its files and
found no derogatory information on this individuals.

2. This candidate is an addition to the list provided in reftel.
Post has determined that this candidate is not the same 28 year old
Apollo Mwesigwa that was arrested by Ugandan police in July 2009
for attempting to sell his son.
