1. Pursuant to the Leahy and Foreign Assistance Acts, Post
requests assistance in screening the following Ugandan national who
has been selected for USG-sponsored training. The candidate is
invited to participate in the Federal Bureau of Investigation's
Undercover Certification School. The training will be conducted in
Hollywood, Florida from April 1 to April 30, 2010. Post has
reviewed its files and found no derogatory information on this
individual.
