1. Latvian Ambassador to the Czech Republic Argita Daudze will
attend the January 25-27 PRT conference in Prague. According to MFA
officials, she will be joined by DCM Edgars Bondars and MFA
Afghanistan Desk Officer Ilze Strasere. Ministry of Defense
officials reported earlier that Jevgenijs Pavlovics, Deputy Head of
the MOD International Operations Policy Section, Crisis Management
Department will also participate in the conference.

2. In addition to GOL officials, Latvian Radio and Television's
Brussels correspondent Ina Strazdina will also attend in the
conference.
