Begin text:

Note no. 07-2010

The Permanent Mission of the Philippines to ASEAN presents
its compliments to the Embassy of the United States of
America and with reference to the forthcoming 2nd ASEAN-US
Working Group Meeting has the honor to inform the Embassy of
the United States that during the First ASEAN Committee of
Permanent Representatives' (CPR) Meeting of 06 January 2010,
the CPR agreed to propose 17-18 March 2010 instead of
previous dates in February for the ASEAN-US Working Group
Meeting.

In Qs connection, the Permanent Mission of the Philippines
to ASEAN requests the assistance of the Embassy of the United
States in conveying to Ambassador Scot Marciel the proposed
date and would appreciate receiving feedback on said schedule
as well as information on when Ambassador Marciel and/or his
representative would be available for a meeting, at a time
convenient to both parties, to discuss preparations and
agenda for 2nd ASEAN-US Working Group Meeting.

The Permanent Mission of the Philippines to ASEAN avails
itself of this opportunity to renew to the United States of
America the assurances of its highest consideration.

Jakarta, 13 January 2010
