2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
the HIV/AIDS Conference in USA, which will begin on December 04,
2009. Post vetting was completed on November 04, 2009. Post
requests that vetting be completed by November 19, 2009 to provide
sufficient time for processing. Post requests the department conduct
