credible information of gross violations of human rights on the
above individuals as of September 30, 2009. They will arrive in
Gaborone from Johannesburg on October 17, 2009 at 1215 via South
African Airways flight number SA 36. Participants will depart to
Johannesburg on October 30, 2009 at 1715 on South African Airways
Flight number SA 39.

3. (U) Economy fare from Lagos to Gaborone and return per
participant is $1917. Each participant will receive a stipend of
$30.

4. (U) Medical Clearance: All participants have been notified that
they will be required to present proof of medical insurance prior to
being given their flight tickets.
