1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross
violations of human rights committed by the individuals listed below.
These individuals are candidates to attend the DEA Bangkok -
International Asset Forfeiture Seminar at the J. W. Marriott Hotel in
Bangkok from January 5-9, 2009.
