1. (SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that,
as of this date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross
violations of human rights committed by the individuals below. These
individuals are candidates for the ILEA Bangkok Post Blast
Investigations Course from January 12-23, 2009.
