(SBU) Poloff conveyed reftel demarche points regarding
Iran's upcoming nuclear conference to Mr. Shazyrll Zahiran,
Principal Assistant Secretary in the Malaysian Foreign
Ministry's Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Division, on
November 24. Mr. Shazryll stated that he was not aware of
this conference and that he did not believe Malaysia would
send an official delegation. We will continue to follow up
and report back any further response.
