1. (U) Post delivered non-paper per reftel on September 5, 2008.
Among the relevant offices notified were the Anti-Money Laundering
Organization (AMLO),the National Coordinating Center for Combating
Terrorism and Transnational Crime (NCC-CTTC)and the International
Security Unit at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (ISU-MFA).
2. (U) Only the ISU-MFA has responded and did so with the statement
that the MFA would "act accordingly."
