SUBJECT: NICARAGUA: HUMAN RIGHTS INDIVIDUAL VETTING REQUEST FOR U.S.-SPONSORED TRAINING: USMLGP, PKO-SOUTH TRAINING IN MONTEVIDEO, URUGUAY

1. We request the Department's assistance in screening the
following individuals, who have been nominated for USG-funded
training, pursuant to the Leahy Act and the Foreign
Assistance Act.

2. The following individuals will attend the PKO-South
training in Montevideo, Uruguay from September 9-14, 2008.
