(U) Embassy Manama has completed a local files check and concurs with ref proposal to award the Legion of Merit to the Commander of the Royal Bahrain Navy, Brigadier General Abdullah Saeed Al-Mansoori, in recognition of the Bahraini Navy,s role as a leader in integration with NAVCENT coalition operations.
