and Disarmament Department Nuclear Division Deputy Director
Sun Lei on July 17, and Econoff delivered the non-paper to
the People's Bank of China International Department's Foreign
Affairs Division Director Cao Li on July 18. MFA Deputy
Director Sun said China will "study the list carefully."
