1. On November 2, the Embassy sent reftel to DR Sohail
Hernandez, Director General of Economics and International
Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Embassy
also sent the Demarche to Ramon Vinas Garcia, President of
the National Institute of Civil Aviation. We will report any
substantive response, if received.
