1. (U) Serbian MFA Human Rights Counselor Marina Ivanovic told
poloff on November 19 that the Ministry had not yet decided how
Serbia will vote on the third committee human rights resolutions.
Ivanovic said, however, that her office had recommended supporting
all four human rights resolutions and specifically opposed no-action
motions. She said Serbia traditionally took the EU position on
human rights resolutions in the UNGA Third Committee.
